Simple and quick. Instead of shot glasses I made it for two people in small glasses. I did use the whole complete recipe for two people. I also like the idea of adding raspberries and drizzle of chocolate on top
It’s delicious! I substituted the sugar with coconut palm sugar and used ground pink salt. It was very easy to make and my daughter loves it!
Easy peasy. Literally made it in seconds using blender. Doubled recipe , spooned into pretty juice glasses, drizzled with chocolate syrup as suggested by another reviewer and topped with a cherry. Perfect!
A little bit too much dark chocolate, but other than that, really good!!
Fine for what it is—chocolate whipped cream, but fine for what it’s supposed to be—chocolate mousse.
Tastes like a slightly chocolate whipped cream; not at all like a chocolate mousse.
Amazingly simple and delicious!! I loved how it wasn’t super sweet but instead just extremely rich and decadent! The cocoa was really allowed to shine through. I doubled the recipe because there just wasn’t enough for 6 people, otherwise it was very good! Highly recommend!
This mousse is light, creamy and chocolatey. I especially liked how quickly it came together. This would be great on a dessert buffet table, given the shot glass size. It also scales up to full size easily. However, for chocolate mousse aficionados, this mousse is not silky (because there is no egg or butter), thus my four star rating. I am looking forward to making this for my egg allergic nephew though.
Soooo good and so easy! I quadrupled the recipe to get four small ramekins. I sift the cocoa powder and powdered sugar, and add extra sugar because I think it’s touch too bitter without it. I drizzle Hershey’s syrup on top and add raspberries. Yuuumm!
I loved this recipe because it had just the right amount of sweetness, the serving size was perfect, so I just had to give it 5 stars! Wonderful!
This recipe was great! It was simple, and allowed us to add our own touch – we put godiva liqueur on the bottom, then the mousse (we made a much larger batch than this recipe), whip cream, cherry and sprinkles – everyone loved it!!
Delicious and incredibly simple to make. I added shaved dark chocolate on top.
Made it for spouse and son. They enjoyed it (&my husband isn’t a chocolate lover, but my son is). I only got 2 servings with this recipe. That and the fact I didn’t taste it got a 4.
Super easy, tasty and quick!!
