THis Recipe is amazing!! my family has loved this recipe for almost 10 years and we’ve always had a surplus of lady fingers from a generational family buisness, this is deeeeelicioussss
I’ve been making this same recipe for over 10 years. It’s a must have for Christmas Eve.
I did the best I could, but got into a bit of trouble when I couldn’t find any lady fingers. Please don’t judge me, but I had to use twinkies. Sorry guys, but it still turned out yummy!
First time making a Tiramisu. Took about an hour but that includes clean up. I’ll make it again in a heartbeat. Turned out absolutely delicious, followed recipe with one exception, no alcohol, just fresh made espresso. Light, fluffy, not overly sweet and a huge hit with dinner guests.
This is my favorite tiramisu recipe and I’ve tried MANY.
I’ve been making this recipe for probably the last 10 years for holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. The family always requests it and I’ve had people pay me to make this Tiramisu! It’s a classic for sure. I use the soft cake like lady fingers from the bakery and add a touch more Kahlua.
Wow this was fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly as stated. I made it the day before serving and it was absolutely wonderful, everyone raved about it! It was even better the next day. I will absolutely be making this again!
I LOVE THIS DESSERT!!!!! It was a MAJOR hit with my family! Highly recommend it
My families response was “WOW that was an amazing tiramisu”. I. think that means I should make it again! I plan on doubling the filling next time to make it deeper but otherwise don’t make any changes and its amazing!
Love love love! Best I’ve ever had. I make one change …I use kaluha in with the coffee. 2 parts liquor 1 part coffee…. Be sure to use the best coffee you can. Well worth it. Btw…I used this recipe to make a Passover dessert….used matzo instead of the lady fingers. Soaked the matzo in the liquor/coffee mixture
Awesome! Replaced the coffee with chocolate. Lots of dishes but well worth it!
Sorry folks, AT BEST …. this average. Not a true CLASSIC Tirimisu, but an American interpretation But It tasted ok
This is a really good recipe. Instead of 1.25 cups of sugar I used 1/2 cup and the pudding part was still excellent. Next time I will use angel food cake or something softer. My grocery store had lady fingers but they were hard and covered in sugar. I also used an 80% chocolate for the chocolate swirls instead of semisweet. I made it for Valentines Day and it was yummy!
Delicious, absolutely amazing…
Perfect! Followed exactly. Needed 22 lady fingers only. Came out with 3 layers of lady fingers and 3 layers of filling.
Made this for Christmas dinner – very easy and delicious!
I made this for xmas dinner 2019 and it was amazing! very easy to make if you follow instructions, watching the video was a great help as well. A helpful note for others, if you like it boozy, then buy a bottle of kahlua and use that to soak your lady fingers in. This was a delightful hit with everyone!
I made this for my Sketch Comedy Baking Series and it turned out great! It looks impressive in the Trifle bowl.
