Chocolate Lasagna

  4.9 – 9 reviews  • Milk Chocolate

This brisket marinade recipe has been used by my family for almost 15 years. So simple and extremely delicious! Brisket can be grilled or cooked in the oven with the marinade. Near the bottled marinades in the supermarket store, liquid smoke is available.

Prep Time: 15 mins
Additional Time: 2 hrs
Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins
Servings: 12
Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

  1. 3 (3.4 ounce) packages fat-free instant white chocolate pudding mix
  2. 3 cups skim milk
  3. 2 (8 ounce) tubs fat-free whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), divided
  4. 1 (14.4 ounce) box chocolate graham crackers
  5. 1 (1.5 ounce) milk chocolate candy bar (such as Hershey’s®), cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Whisk white chocolate pudding and skim milk together in a bowl until thickened and smooth; fold in 1 tub whipped topping.
  2. Line a 9×13-inch casserole dish with 1 layer of graham crackers. Spread 1/2 the pudding mixture over graham cracker layer. Repeat layering with graham crackers and remaining pudding mixture, ending with a layer of graham crackers. Spread 1 tub whipped topping over top graham cracker layer; sprinkle with candy bar pieces. Chill in refrigerator until set, 2 to 4 hours.
  3. You can use any type of candy bar in place of the Hershey’s(R) milk chocolate bar.
  4. Store-brand graham crackers will get softer faster and should not be left in 4 hours.

Wasn’t able to find chocolate Graham’s anywhere, so I had to use regular honey. My presentation was not the greatest, but it was delicious… and that’s all that matters!

This is just as good as everyone says. It’s easy and would be a hit at any gathering. I used chopped bitter chocolate chips on top.

The chocolate lasagna was a big hit! With both kids & adults. Have to make 2 so can send home one for the grandkids. Will try adding chocolate pieces to the filling next time
