The closest thing I’ve found to a Wendy’s® Frosty is carob-coconut ice cream. If you want soft serve right away, put it in the freezer to thicken. Shouldn’t solidify and should still be scoopable.

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup roasted carob powder
Instructions
- Blend coconut milk, sugar, and carob powder together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour coconut milk mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions until smooth and frozen, about 45 minutes.

Australian organic carob powder is so sweet by itself that it is a sweetener. No added sugar needed.
