Ingredients
- 1 nectarine
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Instructions
- Cut nectarine in half all the way around the pit. Twist open and discard the pit. Sprinkle sugar on the cut side of each nectarine half.
- Place nectarine halves, cut-side down, onto a griddle or into a skillet over medium heat; cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Transfer nectarines to a plate, cut-side up, and top each with plain yogurt.

Easy!
This was really a different and fun way to have a healthy dessert. I didn’t use as much sugar as called for and I did dust with a little cinnamon. I used greek yogurt so it would hod up and not be so runny.
Simply and straight forward and down right delicious. I do think vanilla yogurt would have paired nicely with the nectarine without overpowering and I plan to try that next time.
