Very easy recipe to mix up and bake. Just took it out of the oven, so I haven’t had the chance to taste it yet! Love black raspberries, so I know it will be good!

Used a little less sugar, and a lot more berries (they were fresh off the bush and extremely ripe). Too hot today to fire up the oven so cooked it on the grill ~40 min.

I did substitute half the flour with almond flour to increase the protein. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks.

Really good, easy recipe. I added more berries, anbout a cup, and made a syrup with some extra berries that I drizzled over top of the ice cream and cobbler. Great recipe.

It did stick to the sides above where the actual cobbler was from bubbles, but I used gluten free flour and it turned out great!

Horribly stuck to the pan. Taste was okay, I added a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter and some on top. Will use parchment or foil next time.

I’ve been a black raspberry lover since I was a kid so I’ve tried a number of black raspberry recipes. This one though, is the bomb! My sister who doesn’t really like cobbler, loved this one! I can’t say enough to give this recipe the glory that it is worthy of. Don’t hesitate, just make it!

This probably deserves a 5 star if I followed it perfectly. All in all it tasted great, but I made it in a round cake pan as that’s all I had with me. I baked it for 50 minutes and it broke in half as there were so many raspberries. I took it out and put both sides under the broiler. It tasted great, just ugly. Again, my fault so it’s not the recipe’s fault. I will make this again in the right container.

I had red raspberries and used them instead. I also used an 8×8 pan as I like it a bit more cakey and the batter was VERY thick. I substituted Splenda for the sugar in the recipe and omitted anything on top. The raspberries didn’t sink into the batter like in other recipes but that may have been using the Splenda. Still, it was tasty and looking forward to a breakfast treat.

Oh this is to die for!!! I have wild black raspberries in the back corner of my yard butting up to a low field. I finally saved enough to do this cobbler. I am in heaven! I baked at 350 for 50 minutes and it’s perfect. I had to cut it while still warm and paired with homemade vanilla ice cream. Thank you for this recipe, a new fave I will make with all types of fruit!!!!! I did add vanilla to the batter fyi.

This was fine, but I wouldn’t make it again. There isn’t enough substance to the cobbler portion and the added sugar to the top was too sweet. Final baking time for me was 45 minutes.

Super easy and tastes great! There was a comment about needing to bake it much longer, but I’d recommend starting with the 30 min and going from there. Mine was done perfectly in 35 minutes.
Angela Bell
Easy & yum. Added just a touch more sugar
Kimberly Boyer
I made it in a 11×13. it wasn’t as thick but it was still so delicious! all the sugar.. all the butter!!!!

So easy and Delicious!!

Decent taste, but it took way longer to bake. I would try closer to 50 to 55 minutes. Secondly, try using wax paper in your dish first as it’s somewhat hard to get out.

Quick shortcut – Put the cold butter directly in the pan and stick it in the oven to melt while it preheats. I have made this several times with various fruits. We were on vacation and the power went out so we actually baked them in cast iron pans on a gas grill! Peach and blueberry! Delicious!

This is so easy. I had some fresh berries and decided to try a cobbler. It was amazing.
Randy Martinez
I did not change this recipe, I made it exactly the way it was written. I will definitely make it again. Quite delicious!

This was the best dessert I’ve had in a long time. We have black raspberries growing wild so I picked them fresh and followed the directions exactly. I didn’t have the exact size pan. I used a little smaller pan and baked it a little longer. It was absolutely delicious!
Tiffany Lamb
Delicious! It’s now my husband’s favorite!
