Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 medium apples – peeled, cored, and cubed
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples to the melted butter. Add sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; saute until apples are soft, 3 to 5 minutes.
- I use Pink Lady or Gala apples.
