Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel apples and slice into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  2. Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add apples and saute until apples are coated in sugar mixture.
  3. Cover the pan and steam, stirring frequently, until apples are soft, about 10 minutes.
