Ingredients

  1. 2 (15.25 ounce) cans fruit cocktail
  2. 1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches in juice (Optional)
  3. 1 (16 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
  4. 1 (12 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
  5. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  6. 2 tablespoons milk, or as needed
  7. 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed

Instructions

  1. Empty fruit cocktail, peaches, pineapple, and oranges out into a strainer set over a large bowl to drain.

  3. Dice peaches and fold them into the creamy mixture. Add all the drained fruits and coconut, reserving 5 or 6 mandarins, and stir to coat. Smooth over the top and frost with remaining whipped topping. Decorate top with reserved mandarins. Refrigerate until flavors combine.

It’s really delicious with marshmallows. It’s not too sweet!

This is a tasty salad. I thought it was a bit too creamy and ended up adding some marshmallows and nuts, but that’s personal preference.
