3-Ingredient Oreo® Bites

  4.5 – 2 reviews  • Chocolate Cookie Recipes

When you run out of store-bought self-rising flour, make your own. This easy mixture of all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt works great for scones and biscuits and should be kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry location.

I’ve been making these for almost 20 years to add to Christmas baskets. They are always a tremendous favorite and are looked forward to by many. I don’t use bark …I use dipping/ candy making wafers and I freeze the balls before dipping. Definitely use a food processor to crumb the cookies- so much easier and clean up. Mint Oreos are fabulous- I dip these in white chocolate. Try your favorite cookie …you can’t go wrong!

Super easy, just a little time consuming to roll and dip the balls. I highly suggest using a food processor to crush the cookies. I brought these to a 4th of July party and they disappeared quickly!
