Ingredients
- 15 graham crackers (8 ounces)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- Fruit, cookies or candy, for serving
Instructions
- Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor to a fine powder. Stream the melted butter into the processor, pulsing until combined. Add 1/4 cup water and process to a paste. Add the honey and blend until the consistency is thick but spreadable. Serve with fruit, cookies or candy.

One of my favorite food network recipes. I’ve made it several times. Love it with apple slices. My food processor is a blender attachment and doesn’t have a spout to stream the butter through, so I add the butter all at once and it works fine!
Just made this with cinnamon graham crackers! So good! It would be great on an apple. I’m going to eat on an Ozery Bakery breakfast round.
So good. But in the show she said to use cinnamon graham crackers, so definitely do that, it was so tasty. Awesome dessert topping.
