Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
- 6 tablespoons vegetable shortening or virgin or extra-virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
- Kosher salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate, shortening, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, until smooth, about 4 minutes.
