Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies (about 5 cookies)
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on low in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the chocolate into a thin layer using a small offset spatula. Sprinkle the crushed cookies over the melted chocolate in an even layer.
- Allow the bark to set in a cool area until firm, about 4 hours. The baking sheet can also be refrigerated to speed up the cooling time. Break the bark into pieces to serve.

Delicious and easy
I made this exactly as the recipe says except I added a bag of butterscotch chips to the chocolate chips. I used an entire bag of both chips, and about 15 peanut-butter cookies. The combination of chocolate, butterscotch and peanut-butter is totally addictive. Delicious and so much flavor!
How could this not be good? This is such a simple recipe to follow but it was just not good. I used a high quality chocolate and brand name Nutter Butter sandwich cookies. But frankly it fell flat.
Like the previous reviewer I wonder of it would have been better to dip the cookie in the melted chocolate.
It was so easy to make this but the pieces with less cookie did not have enough of the peanut butter taste. I might just dip the nutter butters in chocolate next time.
