Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen chopped mango
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
Instructions
- Place the frozen mangos, yogurt, water, honey and cardamom into a blender, and puree until smooth.
