Ingredients

  1. 3 Cups Guava Nectar
  2. 1 Cup Milk
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  4. 3 tablespoons sugar
  5. 3 cups frozen mango chunks

Instructions

  1. Combine 3 cups guava nectar, 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and 3 tablespoons sugar in a large bowl; add 3 cups frozen mango chunks. Working in batches, puree in a blender until smooth and frothy. Divide among small glasses.

This drink is killer!! For someone who loves the Mango-Pineapple smoothies at Burger King and McDonalds, I have definately found a rival. I used fresh mangos, peeled and chopped them into one inch cubes and put them in the freezer and it worked like a charm. I halved the recipe and it made enough for two.
