This is the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted. I like it because it’s not incredibly rich. I don’t typically like cinnamon and chocolate together but in this case the cinnamon is so subtle it really adds another dimension of flavor. The butter makes it so smooth and silky, I can’t wait to make this recipe again!

I would use a cinnamon stick instead of ground cinnamon.

WOW!!!!! YUM! Love this one. Since I like mine a little on the chocolatey side, I decreased the milk by one cup, but it would be fine with all 6. Also, I don’t like a ton of cinnamon flavor so I used a stick instead of grinding it. Worked well. Highly recommend this recipe as is. It can be adjusted to taste which makes it a great recipe. I have tried other ones that folks have just raved about and found them wanting.

I love hot chocolate. The recipe for the hot chocolate was smooth and creamy. I have had some pretty rough tasting hot chocolate, but this is great.

This was a good recipe but I like it a bit more chocolatey, so I”d suggest either using more semi sweet chocolate or using bittersweet instead. It was good though.
