Green Apple Pie Float

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  2. 1 pint cinnamon bun ice cream
  3. Two 12-ounce bottles green apple soda

Instructions

  1. Place 4 float glasses in the freezer to chill.
  2. Add a 1/2-inch layer of graham cracker crumbs to each chilled glass. Scoop 2 to 3 scoops of ice cream on top of the graham layer. Gently pour the soda on top of the ice cream. Top with more graham crumbs and serve immediately.

I couldn’t find cinnamon bun ice cream, so I used vanilla and added a little cinnamon.  So good!
