Ingredients
- 2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup malted milk powder (such as Ovaltine)
- 2/3 cup Scotch
Instructions
- Blend the ice cream, malt powder and scotch in a blender until smooth (in batches, if necessary). Divide among chilled glasses.

My husband made these last night and they were great for a warm summer night! Very easy, and tasty. He added a little too much ovaltine so they were a little over-the-top chocolatey, but that was his opps, not the recipe’s–otherwise they were delish!
