Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups 2-percent Greek yogurt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons clover honey or pure cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
- 1/4 cup cold heavy cream
- 2 large ripe bananas, thinly sliced
- 3 cups almond granola
- Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Whisk together the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and vanilla seeds in a bowl until combined. Beat the heavy cream in another bowl just until fluffy, and fold into the yogurt mixture.
- Layer 6 individual trifle cups with the yogurt cream, sliced bananas and granola, and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
