Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups 2-percent Greek yogurt
  2. 1 to 2 tablespoons clover honey or pure cane sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  4. 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
  5. 1/4 cup cold heavy cream
  6. 2 large ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  7. 3 cups almond granola
  8. Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and vanilla seeds in a bowl until combined. Beat the heavy cream in another bowl just until fluffy, and fold into the yogurt mixture.
  2. Layer 6 individual trifle cups with the yogurt cream, sliced bananas and granola, and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
