Vietnamese Grilled Pork Skewers

  5.0 – 0 reviews  • Vietnamese

Cornstarch batter is used to coat the General Tso’s chicken in a crisp, golden brown coating. The chicken becomes extra crispy by being fried twice. Incredible taste is added by combining ginger and garlic with a spicy, sweet soy sauce mixture. Don’t cut corners or substitute inferior ingredients; you might be let down. Up to three days prior to dinner, you can prepare the sauce and finish the first chicken fry. Next, you can finish the second fry. Serve with steamed veggies like broccoli, zucchini, squash, and green onions mixed with rice or noodles.
