Great simple recipe. Added a bit of sesame oil to fry in and some minced fresh ginger with the scallions!
Simple and tasty, a great tofu staple
I keep tofu in the fridge so I can make this last minute any time. We like it with fried rice and potstickers or fish.
I added red onion and cilantro, I changed cheddar for pepper jack cheese
Aside from the draining time, this is a quick and flavorful recipe. Simple ingredients that I always have on hand. I’m always looking for new ways to prepare tofu, so thank you for the new idea!
