Shrimp Teriyaki

This flavorful ham and broccoli quiche is suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The leftovers are equally delicious the next day. Use your favorite cheese.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  2. 40 uncooked medium shrimp
  3. 2 cloves crushed garlic
  4. ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  5. ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  6. ⅓ cup brown sugar
  7. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  8. ½ cup white wine
  9. 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, or more to taste
  10. ½ cup teriyaki marinade
  11. 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen deluxe stir-fry vegetables
  12. 2 cups hot cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, garlic powder, and ginger. Cook until shrimp are opaque, 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add brown sugar and sesame seeds. Blend in white wine, teriyaki sauce, and teriyaki marinade and bring to a boil. Add frozen vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook until vegetables are heated through and tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Serve stir-fry over a bed of rice.
  4. You can use 2 chicken breasts in place of the shrimp.

I added some steak (Angus Beef Steak) and I came out so good if you follow the recipe exact it comes out perfect, and that’s because I like to add extra and I didn’t it was so good.
