These whole wheat pumpkin-flax muffins are absolutely tasty and moist!

Total Time: 5 mins
Servings: 1
Yield: 1 cocktail

Ingredients

  1. 2 fluid ounces tequila
  2. 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
  3. 1 pinch salt
  4. 3 cubes ice, or as desired
  5. 6 fluid ounces diet grapefruit soda

Instructions

  1. Combine the tequila, lime juice, and salt in a tall glass. Add ice, top off with diet grapefruit soda, and stir.
  2. Almost any blanco tequila works well in combination with the grapefruit.
  3. You may also see this cocktail with grapefruit juice and a splash of soda like Squirt, Fresca, or Mexican Jarritos.

Delicious! I used regular Squirt because that’s what I had. Next time I’ll use diet Squirt to save a few calories! Thanks for sharing your recipe.

All I can say is WOW!!! This tequila cocktail is awesome. Similar to a Margarita but more refreshing! I made a pitcher of the Palomas and my Cinco de Mayo was a success. I will be making this drink again.

Tried with a a splash of grapefruit juice instead of lime and it was amazingly delicious. I don’t think you can go wrong on this.
