Homemade Italian Cream Soda

Italian cream soda produced at home, just as in Italian restaurants! You can use any flavor of drink syrup, however raspberry is my personal favorite.

Ingredients

  1. 10 ounces club soda
  2. 4 ounces heavy cream
  3. 4 fluid ounces raspberry syrup
  4. 2 cups ice cubes, or as needed

Instructions

  1. Stir together club soda, heavy cream, and raspberry syrup in a pitcher. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice and pour cream mixture on top.
  2. I have made this recipe for 30 people. It can all be mixed in a punch bowl and people will be coming back for seconds, thirds, and fourths!!

I accidentally grabbed the white chocolate syrup bottle and poured that into the soda/cream mixture. Not wanting to throw it away I went ahead and added the raspberry syrup. Turned out to be a delicious mistake! Loved the white chocolate/raspberry combo.
