Scrumptious! I made it as per the recipe. Mine was a bit on the dry side but still very delicious. It is very filling as well. I will certainly make this again.
I forego the jalapeños and cilantro and add a can of Rotel (drained) with 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp cumin. It’s perfect and so easy to make. We love this!
I never thought a first time made BBB recipe would turn out so good! My friends loved it and I was so so happy with it. Just as a comment, I added some extra spices to give it more “zing”.
Amazing burritos. I replace the cilantro with parsley and a little lemon juice because cilantro tastes like soap to me. I also give the burritos a nice sear on either side after wrapping them, it really adds something. I’ve been making these for years.
I added chicken seasoned with all recipes taco seasoning.
We lightly coat the burritos with oil and kosher salt, then bake for 20 minutes at 400F. This creates a crispy coating and hot, hot, hot fillings. Cut them open and sprinkle with cheese and voila!
I followed others and added some cumin, and topped my burrito with salsa, more cheese and sour cream. With a salad and some fruit, this was a delicious vegetarian dinner that will be on our rotation.
It’s a hit with the family. It’s easy and nutritious. I add cumin and more garlic to the recipe. If I have lime juice, a splash of that goes in, too.
Awesome have to try it
Easy and tasty. Very satisfying vegetarian meal.
I enjoyed was easy and quick to make the only thing different I would do is not use cream cheese
So easy to make and taste great! Will definitely make again, thx-
I made it as part of a 30 minute meal, with Linnie’s Spanish rice and cilantro, avocado, tomato salad. Was awesome. i cheated and added ground turkey to the burritos. Wicked when added as a meal….
These are soooo delicious. Definitely add some cumin and salsa to the filling. I doubled the recipe and made 8 small burritos, wrapped in foil and put in the freezer for quick, easy meals!
Easy, quick and good!
I’ve been making these for over 10 years and my family and I still love them!
Another winner for us! So easy and delicious. The perfect blend of ingredients for the ultimate burrito.
These were delicious!! I used brown rice tortilla wraps from Trader Joes which are gluten free and made the mistake if only adding 2 ounces of cream cheese instead of 3 and it still turned out great. Can’t wait to try them again.
Absolutely delicious. I will be making this dinner quite often!
This was a good healthy meal for my mom and I. My mom was skeptical because it didn’t have any meat. But she enjoyed.
It has a great blend of flavors and tastes very good. I used parsley instead of cilantro, for some family members, including me, do not like it. It will definitely be made again
