Easy and delicious. Next time I’ll heat up some extra sauce to juice it up a bit
Perfect recipe for an easy weeknight meal. Replaced sausage with shredded chicken and cut the richotta in half to make it a little lighter.
Yes I had ground beef, instead of sausage and it is delicious. Thanks
I rarely make a recipe twice, but I’ve made this one three times now. It’s always a hit. I’ve added some grated zucchini in with the meat mixture, to add some more veggies. No one noticed, but I got to feel like it was a bit healthier!
I made this not changing anything, wanted to see what original flavor was. It was great!. Just moved out of NY and I miss my Italian food. It was so good, had it 2 days in a row. Thank you!
This is fairly easy to put together, and it’s pretty tasty, but improvements can be made.
This was delicious and I plan on putting it into my regular rotation. It’s so simple and easily customizable- the sign of a great recipe!
Made this recipe and was very tasty! I had one Bertolli and one Classico tomato and basil pasta sauce other than that I made exactly according to recipe. I was looking for a recipe to use some Italian sausage I had and this was perfect!
My husband rarely gives anything 5 stars, but this he loved. He said it’s perfect comfort food.
I used penne instead of ziti because that’s what I had. I added more than just a pinch of salt and pepper. I also added minced garlic and finely chopped onions. Very good. Will make again. Thanks for the recipe.
Very good and easy recipe!. I used gluten free pasta, Low Fodmap spaghetti sauce and ground beef instead of sausage since I avoid onion and garlic seasoning and it really turned out fabulous! Highly recommend!
Very good. Easy to make, Will make again. Thank you for another good recipe!
Excellent! Followed recipe. Will make again!!
Delicious meal we will want to have again.
Really good, just added extra Italian sausage and garlic and here comes the cheeses my family loved it …Happy tummies.
son raved just like his ex-wife’s. she is a great cook, evidently. He is picky!
Made this as directed but used 88% lean ground beef. Tastes a lot like a meat lasagna. Great for a large meal with a tasty salad.
I liked the recipe enough, but it lacks something to make it a 5 stars recipe. I will make again and tweak it somehow to make it better. I will let y’all know when I figure it out. Also, I used hot Italian sausage, because it make everything better. Make sure to use a big 9 x13 pan because it makes a lot.
Very very good! I used sweet Italian sausage and the whole family loved it! Definitely a keeper!
I did not change much in the way of ingredients. My changes were in the way it was put together. I mixed the sour cream with the noodles. I mixed the meat in the sauce. I did not have provolone so used mozzarella and Parmesan. I will make this again and try it with the provolone. My family loved it.
So delicious! Made as written and it is perfect! Easy to throw together and loved by the entire family.
