These pork chops are flavorful but light. Pork tastes better when marinated for a longer period of time. Additionally, since it is baked, a lot of the pork fat bakes right off! For a delicious supper, serve with mashed potatoes and a beautiful garden salad.

Thanks so much for a great recipe! I did use reduced sodium soy and marinated it all day; otherwise, I made it as written. It is definitely a keeper as my family loved it!
I too thought this was a bit salty. Next time I will dilute the soy with water. There will be a next time. I served this with bok choy and rice.
Excellent. Served along with Black Beans and Rice and sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms. No leftovers!
Easy prep and cleanup with a lot flavor. Would highly recommend this recipe to family and friends.
Quick, easy, and delicious! The pork was so moist. My wife and I immediately said we wanted to add it to our favorites.
Made this and it was really good. The wife usually wants her pork chops breaded and fried, but she really like these. I made no alterations to the recipe, nor would I try to offer any advice.. they are perfect when you follow the recipe. I will be making these again!
I only marinated once but used actual garlic cloves as in the recipe and found it lacked flavor. Previously I used garlic powder. Really, really good.
I marinated the meat for 8 hours, and baked it in the marinade, basting throughout. The flavor was tasty, but I’ve had better. Probably won’t make this again because there are better marinades out there.
It was not heard to chew I won’t do it again
I marinated some wafer thin pork chops in this recipe overnight. I put them on the grill, and they turned out wonderfully. I loved the garlic and soy flavor. I made some hot rice to go along with it, and I think that was the perfect match. I will definitely be making these again.
Made it according to the recipe but doubled the marinade based on reviews. Pork chops were super tender. Husband approved!
No changes absolutely delicious
Very good and easy! Thanks!
I loved it but added red pepper flakes to the marinade.
Used thick Costco boneless chops; Used low sodium soy sauce, baked 35-40 minutes. Very juicy (lightly pink).
I’ve made this several times exactly as written and everyone always compliments it. So I will continue making it in the regular rotation. Thanks for the great & easy recipe!
Probably my fault. I used 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, and 1/4 cup water like other people suggested. Had no taste. I marinated for a few hours and used thick bone-in pork chops. If I make again I will omit the water.
Just didn’t care for this.
Absolutely amazing recipe. I took other review hints and used low sodium soy sauce but, I wish I had used the regular soy sauce as called for in the recipe. I also wish I had marinated the pork chops overnight. Next time, I will marinate overnight and prepare as directed. Everyone raved over the chops. Thank you for sharing such an awesome dish.
It doesn’t get any better than this! After reading the reviews I cut back on the soy (by half) and marinated the chops for 8 hours. Absolutely wonderful. Will be making these often!!
Very good flavor. Mine got a little dry but my pork chops were quite thin. I plan to make this again with thicker chops.
