In Taiwan, this dish is regularly used. A tortilla is fried with bacon and an egg, and hot sauce is added to the dish. If you’re a typical finicky eater, you probably won’t like it. Ham or bacon are both acceptable.

- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ Mexican hot chocolate drink tablet (such as Nestle Abuelita)

Instructions
- Place milk and chocolate in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and simmer, stirring, until chocolate is melted but not boiling, about 5 minutes.

Reviews
Very good. I used an immersion blender rather than a regular blender. Frothed up nicely.
This is quite delicious. I don’t have access to Mexican chocolate, so I used 65g Sicilian cinnamon chocolate from Modica. It uses an Aztec recipe, so it’s almost exactly the same as Mexican chocolate. Thank you for the recipe.
