While this was good, I think cranberry sauce is too simple to make to “cheat” using canned cranberry.
Great
Add a little Grand Marnier and it’s even better!
I don’t like cranberry sauce. I made this a couple years ago for my mom, and I tried it out. This I like!
I never liked cranberry sauce until I tried this recipe…I have converted…Quick, easy and DELICIOUS!!!
I tried the recipe a couple of years ago and will not eat cranberry sauce any other way…It was great!!! This also works well with orange marmalade if you don’t want to zest and juice the orange… If you want to take it over the top try walnuts and raisins absolutely delicious!
I tasted this recipe at an informal party (served with rotisserie chicken. Loved it. I am also a fan of orange dried cranberries so I thought the zest and juice were perfect. This will be my “go to” recipe in the future!
This was SO EASY, SO QUICK. I also added walnuts and raisins and this was by far the BEST cranberry sauce I ever had. I am making my cranberry sauce like this from now on. What a simple way to turn canned cranberry sauce into something that looks so much fancier.

I haven’t tried this recipe yet. It sounds good and simple. I was hoping to find the Neely’s version of Three Square Grill’s Cranberry Preserves, which they mentioned on “The Best Thing I Ever Ate: That I’m Thankful For.” I must say that the spam on this site is annoying and seems to be ever-increasing, which ruins the experience of reading reviews, which turn out to be spam!
