Best cranberry relish my family has ever had.  It has become a standard item they want every year.  I have also used it on sandwiches and it tastes amazing.

Does anyone know how long this will keep or you can make it before the holiday>

This is my new favorite cranberry recipe. I did what the reviewer before me did and added 2 clementines. Everyone loved it.

I am required by my family to serve this every holiday. I make this recipe with a couple of differences. I use two sweet oranges, like satsumas. The skin is rather thin and there is less bitter white pulp. I like to start with 1/2-3/4 cup sugar, and adjust from there. I also use one jigger of Grand Marnier or Triple Sec and one jigger of dark Rum.
