Ingredients

  1. Deselect All
  2. 1 can drained, crushed pineapple
  3. 2 ounces Christian Brothers Brandy or Grand Marnier
  4. 1 pound cranberries
  5. 2 apples
  6. 2 oranges
  7. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  8. 1 lemon, juiced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop the cranberries in a manual food chopper- NOT a food processor. Chop the apples and the oranges into small cubes with their skins. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Allow the flavors to blend overnight or for several hours in the refrigerator. What you are not going to use right away may be frozen.
