Ingredients
- Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/3 cup cranberry preserves/spread
- 8 ounces Brie, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary plus a few sprigs, for garnish
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt, optional, plus more for serving
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Remove the crescent rolls from the packages and separate into individual triangles. Place an upturned bowl on the prepared sheet pan and arrange the crescent triangles in a circular star shape around it, with the pointed ends furthest away from the bowl and the thicker ends nearest the bowl, slightly overlapping. Press the overlapping dough to flatten.
- Spread the cranberry preserves onto the dough around the center nearest the bowl and top with the Brie pieces, half the pistachios and half of the dried cranberries. Remove the bowl from the center and fold the pointed ends of the crescent rolls up and over the filling, tucking the tip of each under the base to secure. Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle over the rosemary and flaky salt if using. Bake until golden and gooey, 18 to 20 minutes.
- Drizzle the top of the wreath with the honey. Garnish with the remaining dried cranberries and pistachios and rosemary sprigs. Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired. Allow to cool slightly before transferring the wreath to a board. Serve with a cheese knife to slice and enjoy.

Made it twice, it is a hit! Tried it with cherry jam and dried cherries and it was delicious!
So delicious! The honey at the end drizzled on top is key, will make again!
Delish and a big hit with everyone! Second time only made 1/2 recipe with one tube crescent rolls and a small glass to form the center part, and it worked perfectly for a smaller appetizer. Like others, I used my own cranberry sauce instead of trying to find the jam. Definitely imagine making in the summer with raspberry jam and maybe swap with dried cherries.
has anyone made ahead and then reheated to serve warm?
Loved making this and my friends loved eating it! Fairly easy to make. I got worried when I thought it wouldn’t cover the brie enough but it worked out fine. Next time I’ll make the brie pieces a little smaller though. SO Yummy and beautiful to boot!
Made this for my girlfriends coming over. HUGE hit. Absolutely loved it. Could NOT find Cranberry Preserves so I used Hot Pepper Cranberry Jelly. Not only was it delicious, but it looks SO very festive. Big Hit Ree!!!
I made this last year My family requested it for Thanksgiving; gone in 30 minutes. I’m making two for Christmas
So easy. Will not disappoint. Honestly one of the tastiest things I’ve ever tasted!! Perfection!

way easier than it looks and tastes so good. used cherry preserves and that may have been a bit sweet but next time will hunt down the cranberry preserves. thank you for a beautiful recipe!
Anytime treat or appetizer! Made it with cherry preserves in place of Cranberry jam (couldn’t find in my area) and loved it! Only used 1 Crescent package as made for 3 people and it was very successful. Thanks for a great idea!
OMG! I made this recipe for a Christmas party. All my friends have requested it to be made for our New Years Celebration and anotherq friend wants me to make it for her husband’s birthday!! I wasn’t going to purchase cranberry preserves online. I made cranberry sauce that was suggested in a previous review. I made the wrap in a deep dish pie dish so it could travel. I wasn’t able to use all the cresent rolls since the dish was smaller than a sheet pan. I pinched together the seems and used some leftover cresent dough to fill in the gaps. Discovered after baking that I didn’t tuck the dough underneath and the cheese oozed out into the center. That wasn’t issue at all. Btw I had extra cranberry sauce which I served along side. No leftovers!! Many need to make 2 the next time! Cheers!
