In-the-Husk Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  1. 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, in the husk, silks removed
  2. 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
  3. 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  4. 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  5. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  6. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare a grill for medium heat.
  2. Throw the corn (in the husk) on the grill and grill, turning occasionally, until the corn is cooked and the husks have char marks, 10 to 15 minutes. Strip the husks off the corn.
  3. While the corn is cooking, add the butter, garlic powder, smoked paprika and some salt and pepper to a small bowl and mix well.
  4. Spread the butter mixture generously on the corn and sprinkle with the feta cheese.

I saw you make this on TV before i made it. I liked the result, but this recipe doesn’t follow the same steps as on TV. This was much more complicated. On TV, you put the butter on the corn before grilling in the husks.
