Ingredients

  1. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  2. 1 small clove garlic
  3. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
  5. Kosher salt
  6. 4 ears of corn, grilled

Instructions

  1. Combine the butter, garlic, barbecue sauce and chile powder in a food processor. Season with salt and puree until smooth.
  2. Spread the barbecue butter on the grilled corn. Season with salt.
