This was a GREAT flavor enhancement! The only thing that left me wondering is…would it be better with a little lemon juice in the mix or added to the top after cooking? I didn’t take a picture because I’m “batchin it” and my presentation was awful!
Fantastic! What a tasty sauce too! The salmon was cooked perfectly and not tough at all. I don’t usually like mustard or dill but it being stronger flavors does make it taste like it was marinated. This will be a new regular in our household. I won’t even bother with thawing since I have this method to decide last minute. Thank you for this recipe! It will save us from having to eat out on nights we don’t have meat thawed.
Came out great and a quick dinner
