Cook Time: 20 mins
Total Time: 30 mins
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  1. 4 skin-on, boneless chicken thighs
  2. 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  4. ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  5. ½ teaspoon salt
  6. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and brush skins with olive oil. Place chicken thighs, skin-side down, in a single layer on a plate.
  3. Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 of the seasoning mixture evenly over thighs. Turn thighs over and evenly sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Arrange thighs, skin-side up, in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook in the preheated air fryer until thighs are brown and the juices run clear, about 18 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Yummy! Love this recipe very Much.

Every time I use my air fryer, I tell myself I should use it more. My husband couldn’t believe the chicken thighs only took 18 minutes to cook. Flavor was delicious! Will definitely make it again.

I made it exactly as written with the spices in a premix by Maison Cote. It was excellent. Empty plates and zero left overs.

Quick and easy! This is a great recipe and will use again. I’m an 83 years old male and had no problems. My wife and I loved it!

these were very good, I had bought skinless boneless thighs, otherwise followed the recipe, I did cut the cooking time down to ten minutes total and they were done. The chicken was fork tender and juicy, will make again and I saved the recipe.

I added a dash of White pepper and a dash of turmeric. Reduced salt to 1/4 t. Turned it halfway thru. Temp was 166 degrees. Will add a minute of time.

Easy and awesome. I cook it 3 minutes longer than suggested.

We used boneless, skinless chicken and it came out great! Will make again!

Turned out perfectly juicy (at a 165° internal temp) and with a nice crispy skin. Since mine were bone-in thighs, total cooking time was 25 minutes.

Well I didn’t make the reciepe but used the valuable instructions./ Turned out great–crisp, juicy tender. I had skinless boneless thighs. I used my goto Himilayan Farm Dust and a tad of black pepper. I am very new to air fry. We had it with summer squash and onions sautaued and Mashed potatoes and chicken gravy–.

It was my first try so I stuck to the recipe. It was fine and using the air fryer was great.

Crispy skin, close to pan fried, would recommend.

Really enjoyed this air fryer chicken recipe, as did my son and husband! I made it with bone-in thighs, substituted smoked paprika with 2/3 tsp paprika and 1/3 tsp cumin. Cooked for slightly less than 30 min, turned over at 15 minutes. Skin was crispy and delicious. Will most definitely add this into our meal rotation!!

They were delicious, no changes, will make them this way from now on.

So easy and adaptable. I combined smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and easy-blend flour. Instead of olive oil, I dipped the chicken in a mixture of milk with a splash of bovril chicken bouillon concentrate, then put in spice mixture. It was delicious.

Made this using bone-in thighs. Also brined them before starting the prep. Spice is very simple and very effective. Adjusted the cooking time to 14 minutes total, flipping after 8 min. Cooked to almost exactly 165 F. Stayed moist, with crisp skin. Will definitely do this again.

I used skinless, boneless thighs and added Litehouse Poultry Seasoning besides the other seasonings listed. The chicken was delicious, though a little dry without the skin. But so quick and convenient in the airfryer! I will make this again!
