Ingredients

  1. 1 ¼ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  4. ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  5. 2 tablespoons honey
  6. 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  7. ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Place Brussels sprouts in a medium bowl; toss with oil, salt, and cayenne. Place in an air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry until golden brown and crisp around the edges, 13 to 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk honey and balsamic vinegar together until smooth. Toss cooked sprouts in the glaze and sprinkle with feta cheese.
  4. No air fryer? No problem! You can roast Brussels sprouts in a preheated 400 to 425 degrees F (200 to 220 degrees C) oven until golden brown and crisp, 18 to 25 minutes.

Thank you, Soup Loving Nicole, for the update on the temperature issue

I really liked this. I halved the sprouts before air frying them. The combo of the honey and balsamic vinegar was great and was followed up by a hint of cayenne.

I made mine without feta but oh my goodness it was restaurant quality and was super quick to make!

Wonderful combination. These can also be roasted in oven, so good.

Great recipe but it didn’t state at what temp to set the air fryer at. 400 degrees Fahrenheit is what you want. Crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside. Don’t forget to shake the basket halfway in between!

Great flavor! Next time will try cutting the brussell sprouts in quarters.

This was quite nice. Not overly sweet with the salty tang of Feta cheese. A nice way to dress up brussels sprouts. I didn’t use the air fryer as I find it’s just as easy to pan fry them in butter.

An air fryer is the way to go with Brussels sprouts! The recipe didn’t specify a temperature to I went with 370° for 12 min. I think next time I’ll go with 350° for 15-20 min. These were very tasty!

Loved it, what a great combo.

Providing an Air Fryer temperature for cooking would have been nice.

It was delicious however, 13 minutes in air fryer kind of overcook the Brussels sprouts
