Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  2. 3 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
  3. 2 tablespoons white sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  5. 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  6. 1 tablespoon almond milk
  7. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Mix flour, chocolate chips, sugar, oil, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and baking powder together in a bowl. Place dough on a flat work surface and split into 4 pieces. Flatten and mold cookies into the desired shape. Arrange cookies on a small baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are set, about 5 minutes. Cool until firm, 2 to 3 minutes.

A great option for those that need to avoid dairy. I also used gluten-free flour to make them gluten-free. I multiplied the recipe by 8 to make it worth my while. So good! Conversion for larger batch: 1 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 1 cup sugar 1 cup olive oil 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup almond milk 4 tsp. Vanilla extract 4 tsp. Baking powder

Idk if it was so amazing bc i used the Califa brand almond milk mocha cold brew coffee instead of plain almond milk (i didnt have any) but this recipe is great! I also added a little salt 5/5
