Why ruin perfectly wonderful cookies simply to make more of them? Since they are DELICIOUS! I’ve been told they appear like they’re made with dirt because they’re prepared with crushed sandwich cookies and tiny bits of broken cookie dust!

Reviews
it did not turn out gooey at all. it was good and cake like. nothing great.
I didn’t have any squares of unsweetened chocolate, so I subbed 3 T. cocoa and 1 T. butter (for a total of 4 T. butter in recipe). This baked up very well with a crusty top and a tender center. Would be wonderful warm with vanilla ice cream! Baking time was 30 minutes.
