Luckily, I saw this recipe on the Food Network several years ago. I only make them during the Christmas holiday. My sister-in-law is diabetic, but when I bake them, she looks forward to at least 30 cookies in a tin. She has never had a reaction, as she eats all of them in one setting. Most people laugh when I tell them to try the World’s Best Cookie. Once they taste one, they beg all year for me to bake them. To me, they are The World’s Best Cookies !

This recipe is amazing! I make it every year to give to my teaches as holiday presents and they always love them. This recipe makes a lot so I have enough for each one. And keep some for myself in the freezer for a late night snack! mmmmm
