these butterscotch blondies are the tastiest cookies I’ve EVER tasted! I have a giant sweet tooth so these are the best sweets for a sweet tooth person! thanks for giving me the chance to make these by creating this recipe!
These cookies are tasty, but unremarkable. If you’ve had a butterscotch blondie in the past, this won’t be of much surprise. The oil and sugar do not combine like butter and sugar do, when beating, so don’t expect that creaminess in the batter at that point. Just put all the ingredients in, as the recipe suggests and make sure to bake them enough. Mine took 12 minutes. They didn’t look “done” but were, so don’t wait for browning. They are certainly sweet – no getting around that with butterscotch chips. So, if you are hoping for a decent butterscotch blondie cookie, you’ll find it here.
