Ingredients

  1. 2 gallons homemade or store-bought chicken stock
  2. 1 smoked turkey wing
  3. 4 pounds collard greens, roughly chopped into 1-inch pieces
  4. 2 pounds kale, roughly chopped into 1-inch pieces
  5. 8 ounces seasoned salt
  6. 4 ounces onion powder
  7. Pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Bring the stock to a boil over medium-high heat with the turkey wing, and cook for 1 hour.
  2. Add the collard greens, kale, seasoned salt, onion powder and nutmeg, and then bring back to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 1 hour.
  3. Remove the turkey wing, then serve the greens and enjoy.
