Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup (2 shots) brewed espresso
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Ground cinnamon, for serving
Instructions
- Combine the milk, tahini, espresso and maple syrup in the carafe of a blender and blend until homogeneous and frothy, about 1 minute. Pour into 2 cups. Serve immediately with cinnamon on top of the foam.
