I couldn’t have imagined these ingredients whipping up into a creamy mixture, but they did and it was magical! I just added a splash vanilla; a whole tablespoon seemed like a lot for one drink. It was perfection!
Rich and delicious!
This did not disappoint! I substituted Splenda for sugar but other than that, I followed the recipe. I think almond milk or skim milk would work fine too- I’ll definitely make this treat during the summer; maybe sprinkle pumpkin spice for the fall.
Took me way longer than 3 mts.!!! I used one beater and it took at least 10 mts. Next time I will use 2 beaters. I will also cut the sugar to 1 1/2 tbsp. If it’s still too sweet will cut slowly to 1 tbsp. I don’t like coffee overly sweet.
I used instant espresso instead and added a dash of cinnamon on top… SO GOOD
After 5 minutes whipping, mine looks nothing like picture. Not remotely meringue like, just frothy. Not worth the time.
can you use Splenda instead of sugar???
This was delicious and will become my go to iced coffee. So creamy, I even added a shot of Baileys Irish Cream. Makes for a great spiked coffee
Perfect iced coffee drink! I make the foam every night so it’s ready to go in the morning!
