Top the whiskey-spiked coffee with a homemade brown sugar whipped cream.

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup heavy cream
  2. 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  3. 1/4 cup whiskey, preferably Irish
  4. 2 cups hot freshly brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream and brown sugar in a medium bowl with a whisk until soft peaks form.
  2. Divide the whiskey between 2 mugs and top with the hot coffee. Spoon the whipped cream over top and serve hot.

I wanted a special beverage to try on St. Patrick’s Day and this was an excellent choice. It was    absolutely delicious. You can choose to make this as a holiday drink to serve because it is that good. Thank you. It was  very easy to make too!
