Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted, plus more for the pan
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
- 1 1/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter a 13- by 9-inch baking pan, line with parchment paper or foil, and butter the parchment.2. In a medium bowl, stir together the butter and graham cracker crumbs until well-mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. In the same bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and bourbon. Pour over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, then the peanuts and coconut evenly on top. Press down firmly.3. Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.4. Lift out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into 12 bars.
