Ingredients
- 20 ounces melting chocolate, such as almond bark
- 1 cup raisins, dried cranberries or dried cherries
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup whole peanuts
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a bowl set over a pan of boiling water. Pour in the raisins, almonds and peanuts and stir to combine.
- Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to place mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Leave to sit at room temperature or in the fridge for 5 minutes to set. Package in gift sacks!

Do you have to use the bark? Can you use just regular chocolate?
I have made these for several years. I substitute dried cranberries for raisins, because that’s what I have on hand. So easy and absolutely wonderful!
