Ingredients

  1. 4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 1 tall can evaporated milk
  4. pinch of salt
  5. Boil for 5 minutes
  6. 12 oz. chocolate chips
  7. 12 oz. grated German chocolate
  8. 2 cups chopped nuts
  9. 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling liquid over ingredients in bowl. 
  2. Beat by hand until smooth and all chocolate is melted. 
  3. Pour into large buttered pan. 
  4. Cool before cutting.

The only problem I ran into was the size of the pan was not listed. It should be a 10 x 13 inch pan. Very quick, simple and delicious recipe

The flavor of this fudge was fantastic. However, the fudge never set up. I am used to fudge being firm, and cutable. All I had was a tray of goo. It stuck to everthing (the wax paper, parchment paper, and my gloves). It also stuck to the knife I was cutting it with. I’ll either through it out, or eat it with a spoon.

This is a very simple recipie, but the results are very good. When I made it the fudge came out very creamy and smooth.
