They are rich and delicious. Couldn’t find rolled dough, used the flat package and cut in half. Just don’t push the peanut butter cup too far down into the cookie otherwise one has chocolate oozing out the bottom.

I’ve made these using another recipe, which suggests putting the muffin pans in the freezer immediately after pushing the PB cup in them. Works like a charm and easy to twist out of the pans.

Mine stuck to the pan. They also did not flatten in the pan, they got really puffy. Did anyone else do something she didn’t to get them to deflate instead.

I made these using a silicone mini muffin pan. They turned out great, however, when I put the peanut butter cup in it they melted too much and were very liquidy. Should I have waited and let the cookie cool down a little first? I had to put them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes for them to set but I would prefer to eat them at room temperature.

Make your cookies with wholesome natural ingredients instead of processed chemicals. Peanut butter cookies from scratch are not that hard.
