What kind of potatoes did y’all use?

I’m going to have to try this recipe.  I have the Mastrad Chip Maker and it makes great chips but I’ll be able to make more at a time with this recipe.  I too was skeptical at first but they are the BEST chips I’ve ever had.  The first words out of everyone’s mouth who tried them said you can really taste the potato!  I use my Misto oil sprayer to lightly coat the potatoes.

Love these! I used garlic oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper and onion powder. So tasty and so easy!!

So awesome. My husband beat me to making them so there was overlap. Once that got straightened out (lol), we were good to go! Thanks Jeff.

So easy and so good!  I used sea salt and only put it on the olive oil side.

So simple and totally yummy! Made them right after I saw it on the episode and I just can’t stop!

Very easy and great tasting; made them as soon as I saw the recipe–before breakfast.  My husband tried them and said “Can we have them with burgers for dinner tonight?”

These are insanely easy and delicious. I started at 2 minutes, and then added 30 seconds until the chips were appropriately browned. For my microwave, it is 3 minutes, like the recipe. I don’t think I’ll ever buy chips again, and different seasonings will be great. Thanks, Jeff Mauro!

At first I was skeptical, but these chips are awesome. I can’t wait to play around with different flavorings.
